Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of many of our products, all sales are final for change-of-mind purchases.

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind or personal fragrance preferences.

This policy applies to all products, including skincare, bath and body, haircare, fragrances, candles, and home products, purchased online or at our St. Stephen boutique.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number or proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Photographs of the product and packaging are helpful, particularly for items damaged during shipping.

We'll review your concerns and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy as applicable.

Please contact us before returning any products so we can provide appropriate instructions. Where a return is required due to an error on our part or a product issue for which we are responsible, we'll arrange or cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds
