At Vitamin Sea Botanicals, every order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged at our coastal boutique in St. Stephen, New Brunswick. We want your Vitamin Sea favourites to arrive safely and beautifully!
Where We Ship
We currently ship throughout Canada, excluding Quebec. (coming soon) International shipping is not available at this time. (coming soon)
Processing Times
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
During busy seasons or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and available shipping services.
We use Canada Post and other trusted shipping carriers when appropriate.
Delivery & Tracking
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times do not include our order processing period and are not guaranteed.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please note that weather conditions, holidays, and carrier disruptions may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to make corrections before your parcel ships.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders
We carefully package every order to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
If your parcel is significantly delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. For damaged items, photographs of the products and packaging are helpful.
We'll review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

We offer FREE local pickup at our Vitamin Sea Botanicals boutique in St. Stephen, New Brunswick.
How Local Pickup Works
Simply select Local Pickup at checkout when placing your online order.
Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
Once your order is prepared, you'll receive an email confirming it's ready for collection. Please wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup notification before visiting the shop.
Pickup Hours & Location
Orders can be collected during our regular boutique opening hours.

Collecting Your Order
When you arrive, simply provide your name or order confirmation so we can locate your purchase.
If someone else will be collecting your order, please let us know in advance.

We understand that life gets busy! If you're unable to collect your order within 14 days of receiving your pickup notification, please contact us to make arrangements.
